We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver high-quality web and mobile solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will partner with project managers, business analysts, vendors, and internal teams to ensure solutions meet architectural standards, leverage common services, and are delivered on time and within budget. The role also includes technical leadership responsibilities, system oversight, and ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills & ExperienceOverall Development Experience (End-to-End): 6–9 years
RESTful APIs: 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and integrating APIs for enterprise applications.
DB SQL / Oracle SQL Development: 4+ years of experience in complex query writing, performance tuning, and debugging.
JavaScript (Scripting): 3+ years of experience for automation, scripting, and integration activities.
Java Spring Boot: 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend services and API development.
Firebase (Hosting): 2+ years of experience with real-time databases, authentication, and cloud functions.
AWS or Azure (Cloud Hosting): 2+ years of experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments (nice to have).
Dynatrace / LaaS: 2+ years of experience in system monitoring, performance tracking, and issue analysis.
JBOSS EAP / Oracle HTTP Server (OHS): 3+ years of experience managing and deploying applications in these environments.
CI/CD Tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo, Dimension): 3+ years of experience with build, test, and deployment automation pipelines.
Appstore / Playstore Release Management: 2+ years of experience preparing binaries, handling reviews, and publishing releases.
Mobile Platform Familiarity (iOS / Android): 1–2 years of experience understanding mobile app lifecycle, integration, and troubleshooting.
Troubleshooting & Debugging: 5+ years of strong analytical experience in resolving complex system issues.
UAT & Production Deployment: 3+ years of experience performing controlled deployments following proper change management.
Automation Scripting (Monitoring): 2+ years of experience developing scripts for monitoring and automation.
Weekend / Midnight Support (BAU): Willingness to provide after-hours support as required.
Insurance Domain Knowledge: 1–2 years of experience (advantage) with insurance products, workflows, and policy management systems.
Act as the subject matter expert for web and mobile applications, maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies, concepts, and the digital affinity product roadmap.
Analyze, design, and architect web/mobile solutions aligned with business requirements and IT Architecture frameworks.
Partner with project managers, business analysts, vendors, and internal teams to deliver project releases from initiation to completion.
Prepare and present new technology or implementation models to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) review board.
Identify and manage system dependencies across multiple releases; escalate potential risks and issues to the project manager.
Control and monitor the quality of vendor deliverables, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
Coordinate with testers during system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) to manage defects.
Work with the infrastructure team to provision resources for SIT, UAT, and production environments.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize delivery workflows.
Support BAU activities including incident/problem resolution, DR/BCP exercises, and system/security patching.
