As a Full Stack Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the development of our cloud-native and mobile applications. You will be responsible for overseeing the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our customers' needs.

What you will do

• Technical Leadership: Lead a team of full stack and mobile engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure high-quality code and best practices are followed.
• Architecture & Design: Design and architect cloud-native applications and mobile solutions using Node.js, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Mobile Development: Lead the development of mobile applications using frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native mobile development for iOS and Android.
• Development: Hands-on development of both frontend, backend, and mobile components, including RESTful APIs, microservices, user interfaces, and mobile features.
• Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications across web and mobile platforms.
• Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Utilize cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to build and deploy applications, ensuring optimal use of cloud resources.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, including database queries, API response times, frontend rendering, and mobile app performance.
• Security: Ensure applications adhere to security best practices, including data encryption, authentication, and access control.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and architecture.

What you need to be successful

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in full stack and mobile development with a strong focus on cloud-native environments.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), and mobile frameworks like React Native or Flutter.
• Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless architecture.
• Mobile Development: Proven experience in developing and deploying mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading a team of engineers, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring tools for both web and mobile applications.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across web and mobile platforms.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).Experience with GraphQL or other modern API frameworks.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL).Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization and best practices.
