The CyberSecurity Engineer at BlackCloak is responsible for managing security incidents, performing incident response and vulnerability assessments, and providing technical expertise. The role requires strong skills in analyzing threats, conducting investigations, and creating forensic reports. Additionally, the engineer will mentor team members and collaborate with various departments to enhance cybersecurity products.

As a Senior Incident Responder, you will provide analysis and incident response for clients, triaging cybersecurity alerts, running vulnerability assessments, and performing forensic investigations. You will also onboard new clients and mentor team members while maintaining communication with clients to keep them informed of security events.

As an Enterprise Relationship Manager, you will build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, support their cybersecurity efforts, collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and implementation of services, and provide ongoing client support. You'll monitor accounts, gather feedback, and analyze data to enhance customer experiences and address needs.
