Job Description

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (5-8 years) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our DevOps ecosystem.
In this role, you will drive automation, scalability, and reliability across infrastructure, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines. You will partner closely with cross‑functional engineering teams to streamline development workflows, enhance deployment processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation & Tooling
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation tools and internal platforms that support workflows for industry‑leading CAD software.

  • Build and enhance scripts, frameworks, and deployment tooling to optimize development and operations.

CI/CD Pipeline Management
  • Architect, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, ensuring reliable, repeatable, and fast delivery cycles.

  • Improve build, test, and deployment automation for high‑scale engineering environments.

Monitoring & Observability
  • Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Cloud‑native tools).

  • Ensure proactive detection, diagnosis, and resolution of performance issues.

Incident & Reliability Engineering
  • Lead incident response efforts, conduct root‑cause analysis, and drive post‑mortem reviews.

  • Implement reliability best practices to strengthen uptime and reduce operational risk.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work with development, QA, security, and product teams to integrate DevOps best practices across the lifecycle.

  • Champion continuous improvement in automation, performance, and engineering efficiency.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or related domains.

Technical Skills
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.

  • Experience with at least one programming language such as C/C++ or Java.

  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git-based workflows).

  • Experience with build automation, configuration management, and infrastructure tooling.

  • Working knowledge of monitoring & observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.).

Soft Skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.

  • Demonstrated capability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.

  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and ownership-driven attitude.

Preferred Experience
  • Background in software development, build systems, or developer productivity engineering.

  • Exposure to CAD or large‑scale engineering software environments (good to have, not mandatory).
