The role provides solution and data architecture leadership across Azure Databricks, Palantir Foundry, AskSage, Microsoft Azure, Advana/Warfighter Data Platform, Power BI, Power Platform, and enterprise applications. The Technical Lead will establish technical standards, guide integration decisions, oversee technical quality assurance, and ensure architecture, data, application, and AI deliverables meet CDAO performance requirements.Key Responsibilities

Salary range $140,000 to $193,000 annually

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact to the COR and Government Program Manager for architecture, engineering, integration, technical standards, and quality matters.
- Define and maintain end-to-end data architecture spanning source-system ingestion, ETL/ELT processing, data warehouse/lake repositories, semantic layers, BI products, AI interfaces, and custom applications.
- Provide technical governance across approximately 25–35 active data pipelines, 25–35 BI products, 10–15 Power Apps, and four command-priority enterprise applications.
- Guide cross-platform interoperability and secure data movement among Palantir Foundry, AskSage, Microsoft Azure, Advana/WDP, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.
- Own or review data models, source-to-target mappings, lineage, data dictionaries, access-control designs, integration patterns, and operational runbooks.
- Lead design and code reviews and enforce quality gates for CI/CD, data validation, testing, UAT readiness, release management, performance, and defect remediation.
- Ensure technical solutions satisfy DoD IL4/IL5, least-privilege, CUI-handling, data-integrity, availability, and performance expectations defined by the PWS.
- Coordinate technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, scalability improvements, and architecture changes across engineering workstreams.
- Ensure all technical deliverables and documentation remain current, traceable, reproducible, and aligned to Government requirements.
- Demonstrated senior-level experience designing and governing enterprise data platforms, data warehouses/lakes, analytics solutions, and integrated applications.
- Hands-on architecture experience with cloud data platforms and modern ETL/ELT patterns; strong SQL and Python knowledge.
- Experience with Azure Databricks and at least one major enterprise data/AI platform such as Palantir Foundry, AskSage, Microsoft Azure, or Advana/WDP.
- Experience designing secure, scalable integrations, data models, semantic layers, APIs/interfaces, access controls, and data-governance practices.
- Ability to lead technical reviews, mentor engineers, communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and resolve cross-workstream technical issues.
- Must satisfy applicable DoD/DAF security, cybersecurity-awareness, CUI, OPSEC, and access-training requirements.
- Familiarity with DAF/DoD human resources, financial, logistics, maintenance, or readiness data systems such as MILPDS, DCPDS, AFRISS, CHRIS, CMS, CRIS, GFEBS, DEAMS, REMIS, AROWS, M4S, or iEMS.
