Anblicks is seeking a Technical Lead to build and scale the reusable asset base for our data modernization practice: accelerators, playbooks, runbooks, and estimation aids distilled from completed modernization engagements, adopted across every delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate delivery learnings into reusable accelerators: discovery tooling, code generation frameworks, converters, validation patterns.
- Author delivery playbooks and runbooks; drive adoption across delivery teams and measure reuse.
- Enable and train delivery pods on accelerators and AI-assisted engineering practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in data engineering with at least one full modernization lifecycle delivered end to end.
- Strong dbt/Snowflake engineering within data platform modernization programs (legacy to modern cloud platforms), including AI-enabled and accelerator-driven delivery, migration planning, data validation and reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution.
- Framework-building and documentation aptitude; able to train and enable teams.
- MarTech exposure preferred for customer-data accelerator work; developer tooling/automation a plus.
Skills Required
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering
- At least one complete data modernization lifecycle delivered end to end
- Strong dbt and Snowflake engineering experience within data platform modernization programs
- Experience with migration planning, data validation, reconciliation strategies, parallel runs, and cutover execution
- Framework-building and documentation aptitude
- Ability to train and enable delivery teams
- MarTech exposure for customer-data accelerator work
