We are looking for a Technical Integrator to join a dynamic program providing unique technical development and technology to multiple mission areas across software development, data engineering, technical integration, network engineering, and quick reaction development. The technical work is hands-on, lab discovery focused, and multi-disciplinary. The work location is the Tidewater region of Virginia.
Responsibilities:
The position requires a proactive and motivated professional who is willing to apply skills and knowledge across several technology areas to drive discovery, testing, and evaluation projects.
Some examples of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, organize, and conduct complex engineering projects involving the design, development, and testing of radio frequency (RF) and/or microwave systems architecture, components, circuits, or products.
- Evaluate test and production data, prepares technical analysis, recommend engineering methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products and/or processes
- Coordinate complex technical matters relating and convey findings and analysis in lay person terms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated collaboration experience
- Willingness and ability to perform physical work, setting up networks, running demonstrations
- Some knowledge of basic programming (i.e., Python, Linux)
- 6+ years of technical experience with experience in at least 3 of the areas below:
- AI and Machine Learning (ML)
- Cellular network operations and exploitation
- Database administration and data architecture
- Data Science
- Radio frequency
- UAV/UAS
- Vehicle diagnostics, forensics, and telematics analysis and exploitation
- Video surveillance systems
- Virtual operational environments / gaming environments
- VMware or equivalent
- Wireless networks
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.

Skills Required
