Technical Integration Specialist

First things first: What is this role about?:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements,
• Assisting technical integration projects and providing valuable insight,
• Aligning with new partners to understand their technical demands, clarifying the expectations, and the feasibility of the requests,
• Aligning with the internal teams to deliver the partner’s expectations,
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners,
• Ensuring efficient communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we expect from you:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline of the technology industry, preferably in Computer Engineering,
• Preferably internship or up to 3 years of experience as a Technical Integration Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Engineer, or a related role,
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly,
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Kanban,
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable,
• Strong personal organization skills, as well as prioritization and time management skills,
• Ability to manage multiple, complex, high-priority tasks and situations across multiple accounts,
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, being comfortable working with different teams/stakeholders,
• Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies
• Preferably familiarity or experience with technical integrations,
• Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in both Turkish and English
