First things first: What is this role about?:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements,
- Assisting technical integration projects and providing valuable insight,
- Aligning with new partners to understand their technical demands, clarifying the expectations, and the feasibility of the requests,
- Aligning with the internal teams to deliver the partner’s expectations,
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners,
- Ensuring efficient communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline of the technology industry, preferably in Computer Engineering,
- Preferably internship or up to 3 years of experience as a Technical Integration Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Engineer, or a related role,
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly,
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Kanban,
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable,
- Strong personal organization skills, as well as prioritization and time management skills,
- Ability to manage multiple, complex, high-priority tasks and situations across multiple accounts,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, being comfortable working with different teams/stakeholders,
- Familiarity with development methodologies and technologies
- Preferably familiarity or experience with technical integrations,
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both Turkish and English
