Key Responsibilities

  • Support key engineering processes such as Engineering Standard Work (ESW), Value Package Introduction (VPI), product change management, and technical data repository maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain technical information libraries, engineering drawings, specifications, and related documentation to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering practitioners and cross-functional teams to gather inputs, resolve issues, and deliver solutions that improve engineering productivity.
  • Apply technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve moderately complex issues involving components, systems, subsystems, or services.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, workflows, and operational processes.
  • Support requirements gathering, solution validation, troubleshooting, and service request fulfillment to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure service levels and deliverables meet agreed performance standards and organizational expectations.
  • Coordinate work activities with technicians, interns, or temporary employees when required.

  • Knowledge of generator set (Genset) products and systems.
  • Experience with Windchill and product change management processes.
  • Familiarity with genset sizing tools such as PowerSuite, Seismic, and GenSize is preferred.
