We’re looking for a Technical Implementations Manager to lead and manage end-to-end technical projects overseeing API integration, certification, testing, and client support. This role is essential to ensuring successful implementation launches and seamless client experiences through effective collaboration, strong payment industry knowledge, and deep technical expertise.

What it takes to succeed:
- In-depth knowledge of card issuance and payment processing, including ISO 8583, scheme certification, and tokenisation lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in tools such as Wrike, Jira, Zendesk, and Slack.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex API integration projects.
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with strong communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- 5-6 years of experience in technical project management, particularly involving API integrations in the card payment industry.
- Proven experience using scheme simulators and managing certification and settlement processes for Visa and MasterCard.
- Demonstrated success in managing technical implementation projects from planning to delivery.
