Job Description
As a Technical Implementation Specialist at Intrigma, you will play a crucial role in managing the onboarding process for our diverse range of clients in the healthcare sector. This role involves a balanced mix of analytical thinking, customer interaction, and project management to ensure the optimal configuration and implementation of Intrigma's solutions, contributing significantly to the advancement of healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and requirements for customized scheduling solutions.
- Project Management: Effectively manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously, maintaining detailed notes and coordinating necessary actions to meet project timelines.
- Analyze Scheduling Data: Investigate existing scheduling data and rules to configure the product that best suits the customers’ needs.
- Prepare & Test Schedules: Use Intrigma’s advanced scheduling engine to develop and validate schedules, ensuring at least 90% accuracy.
- Automation & Rules Setup: Define and implement rules for future schedule automation, ensuring customers’ independent success with scheduling.
- Training: Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support focusing on the specifics of customer’s needs.
- Quality Assurance: Validate the configured schedules to assure adherence to organization policies and healthcare providers’ needs.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or related field such as Economics, Math or Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
- Project Management Skills: Experience managing multiple projects with the ability to maintain detailed notes and fulfill customer needs through thorough configuration and customization.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience or familiarity with software and strong analytical skills are essential.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to convey intricate concepts effectively to a diverse audience.
- Industry Passion: A genuine love for the healthcare industry and a desire to contribute to its advancement.
Preferred but not Mandatory:
- Customer Interaction: Experience in a role requiring interaction with customers and an understanding of their needs.
- Analytical & Conceptual Skills: Experience in a role requiring a combination of analytical thinking and effective communication of complex concepts.
