You'll be the technical architect behind customer success, designing and implementing zero-defect system configurations that translate messy, real-world operations into precise software logic.

The Role: This is a founding role. You'll have direct impact on company trajectory, define technical operations from the ground up, and build systems that become the backbone of a category-defining company. Your work will be visible to leadership, customers, and the broader organization.

The Team: >30 People, Waterloo, MIT, Berkley, ICPC World Finalist, IMO Gold Medalist, Ex-Founders/Meta/Palantir/McKinsey.

• Engineer zero-defect implementations: Deeply understand business logic and configure systems that integrate seamlessly with complex operations. Proactively solve edge cases before they become escalations.

• Drive technical excellence: Write precise documentation, collaborate with engineering to surface product gaps, and inform roadmap decisions with real-world customer data.

• Shape the category: You're joining early enough to define how technical operations scale and establish best practices from scratch.
  

Technical Foundation

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related technical field

• Strong programming fundamentals (Python, SQL, APIs, data structures)

• You learn systems fast and architect elegant solutions to messy problems

Operator Mindset

Judgment & Communication

• Exceptional written communication: you document with precision and clarity

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field

• 1-3 years in technical roles (exceptional new grads encouraged to apply)

• NYC-based and excited about in-office collaboration in a high-intensity environment
