As a member of our Implementation team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting Implementations. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the implementation of new customers.

Your role will operate cross-functionally and act as a project manager with customers to ensure the successful migration of their data to ABC Glofox’s systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • Using scripts and internal tools to create and update default accounts for new customers in accordance with set configurations.

  • Coordinate with customer to understand their data needs, review the data prior to the migration to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Conduct testing procedures for any pilot migration project to ensure data accuracy, consistency and alignment with client specifications.

  • Manage membership & payment migrations for new customers during implementation.

  • Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to identify and address any data inconsistencies, anomalies, or errors.

  • Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and guidelines for future data migration initiatives.

  • Generate reports and provide updates to all stakeholders regarding the status of the data migration project, highlighting challenges, and risks.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

  • Bachelor's degree (Comp. Sc./IT) or equivalent professional experience (2+ years' experience in SaaS Implementation/ Migrations)

  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and other relevant file types where you will be expected to cleanse and transform data as per defined business rules and migration guidelines to ensure compatibility with our inhouse system.

  • Should be able to work independently and analyse problems and provide solutions.

  • Experience in data field mapping, requirement gathering and able to understand functional rules and logics is a plus

  • Excellent organisational skills, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects & workstreams while maintaining excellent communication and support throughout

  • High EQ/interpersonal skills in working with a set of diverse stakeholders, including Clients, Sales, Onboarding & Customer Success teams

  • A team player with a positive mindset and willingness to strive for positive customer outcomes.
