INTRODUCTION:

As a Technical Implementation Analyst, you will support the onboarding of new customers, focusing on data migration and system configuration. You will act as a key technical contact during implementations, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate transitions onto our platform.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Act as a primary technical contact for clients during implementation and migration projects

  • Support end-to-end migration of membership and payment data from legacy systems to Stripe and internal platforms

  • Prepare, transform, and migrate customer data, including profiling, cleansing, and mapping

  • Validate and reconcile financial and subscription data to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Collaborate with clients to define migration requirements, timelines, and deliverables

  • Configure and update customer accounts using internal tools and scripts

  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure successful data migration and system setup

  • Identify and resolve data issues, escalating where needed

  • Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to support smooth client transitions

  • Contribute to improving migration processes and best practices

  • Support broader data migrations (e.g. members, prospects, memberships)

  • Perform bulk data updates such as pricing or membership changes

  • Assist with data exports and transformations for operational needs

  • Support technical onboarding activities such as integrations or configurations


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing or delivery role (e.g. SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or data migration)

  • Experience working with data using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and structured formats (CSV)

  • Familiarity with data preparation, validation, or system configuration processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through data-related challenges

  • Clear and professional communication skills when working with clients and internal stakeholders

  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • High attention to detail when working with customer data

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks

  • Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe

  • Exposure to data migration or system implementations

  • Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth environments
