We’re searching for a Carmel, IN based Technical Implementation Analyst to join our professional services team, so that we can provide further support to customers of our Policy Stat product The Technical Implementation Analyst will lead technical implementation projects to ensure our Policy Stat customers are set up for success. 

 

How You’ll Spend Your Time 

  • Act as both a trusted guide and project coordinator to assist clients in the software onboarding process 

  • Lead integration process of Policy product in order to integrate with client’s network 

  • Assist to configure our SaaS environment to work seamlessly with the client environment 

  • Deliver training via webinar to customers in order to ensure optimal, efficient use of product 

  • Advocate for clients’ needs to the product team to assist in process of finding a solution 

 

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having 

  • Experience managing multiple enterprise SaaS implementation projects simultaneously

  • Proven success communicating strategically with customers

  • In-depth knowledge of web-based applications

  • Ability to commute to Carmel, IN a few days a week

  • Sincere interest in the success of our customers 

  • A knack for working autonomously within a customer-focused environment
