We are looking for a Technical Hardware Engineer to manage the technical lifecycle of DaaS office devices, including desktops, laptops, monitors and accessories. The role involves service provider management, quality assurance, OEM coordination and ensuring reliable device operations.
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication Engineering, IT or Information Systems, or equivalent technical IT background.
Skills Required
- 6-9 years of experience, including at least 6 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, and monitors
- Experience in IT infrastructure or office hardware environments
- Service provider or vendor management experience
- Hardware lifecycle and governance management experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 or MS Office
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Ability to identify hardware trends and technical risks
