ABOUT THE POSITION
Technical Graphic Designer at BURGA is more than just a title — it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your role: you’ll play a key role in executing the creative vision by preparing web graphics, mockups and assets for various product categories and ensuring everything is consistent throughout our main channels. A solid understanding of aesthetics, color and typography is essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with the rest of the team.
You'll focus on the technical side of preparing mockups for a wide range of products (phone cases range expansions and brand new products), graphics for web, optimizing designs for different products, and assisting our design team with other production needs. Your attention to detail and strong technical skills will help ensure our online presence is spot on, and our products are produced to the highest standard while maintaining our design integrity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support the team with any technical design needs and contribute to optimizing workflows.
- Assist with preparation of print-ready files for products, optimizing designs for different materials and product types.
- Work closely with designers to refine designs, create mockups, and ensure smooth production flow.
- Translate web graphics and maintain consistency across all website locales.
- Stay updated on design trends and continuously improve design execution.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — these are essential tools for the role.
- Attention to detail with the ability to create precise and accurate design files.
- Strong knowledge of color systems (CMYK, RGB, Pantone) and how they apply to print and digital formats.
- Experience with emerging AI design tools to enhance workflow and creativity.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, including color theory, typography, and design principles.
- A keen interest in fashion and design, with the ability to execute creative concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
SALARY: 2500- 3200 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
