✎ Mission
Attached to the Technical FP&A team lead, your main mission will be to manage Wakam’s technical margin:
- Perform quarterly closing of the technical margin
- Realize budgets and forecast of the technical margin in collaboration with the commercial, technical and reinsurance departments and analyze variances
- Develop monthly revenue monitoring
- Participate in cost accounting built annually
- Participate in the construction of new business cases
- Actively participate in various finance transformation projects
- Conduct of ad hoc studies
✯ Profile requirements
To complement the expertise of our Finance team, we are looking for the following profile:
- Education level bac + 5 desired (Business School/ Engineer School) with ideally a specialty in finance/Insurance;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with extensive insurance knowledge;
- Very good communicator, analytical and synthetic;
- Be proactive to improve the operational efficiency of its scope;
- Advanced Excel skills required;
- Excellent command of English and French (essential 🙏)
