- Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably IT) / Renewable Energy / Management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT systems, data management, or digital platforms.
- Strong skills in data handling, structuring, and management of monitoring/survey/open‑source datasets.
- Experience in web/portal management, coordination of IT initiatives, and basic understanding of web technologies.
- Ability to create dashboards and data visualizations (PowerBI/Excel) for planning and leadership reviews.
- Proficiency in documentation, SOP creation, user‑support materials, and basic troubleshooting of IT systems.
