Job DescriptionThe technical expert will join a team of IT professionals involved in the solution delivery and
maintenance activities performed by the Network Operations of and for the client.
The function will be integrated in the Operational Excellence – Network Operations
support teams, working closely with the local and global teams covering:
✓ Service with management of Systems, Database and Network
✓ Service to provide application maintenance and support
✓ Service with IPC Process Management
✓ Service with Project Management
✓ Service with QoS and Governance
The main activities addressed by the teams are:
✓ Service to support IT Infrastructure for Business and Development teams
✓ Technical expertise:
• Service to support production and IT Service delivery
• Service to support development & maintenance of Applications
These teams oversee the project life cycle, from studies to the final delivery and
solution maintenance.
As a monitoring platform administrator, the technical expert will join an existing technical team as a monitoring platform administrator and will require:
✓ Service to manage platform, maintenance and monitoring
✓ Service to perform data analyzes, trend assessment and troubleshooting, and work with
central teams in incident/problem resolution
✓ Service to document the platform changes
✓ Service with good troubleshooting expertise
✓ Significant expertise in managing monitoring platforms
and data analyses on network environment
✓ Expertise in Zabbix, NetScout, Grafana, Spectrum
Nice to Have:
✓ Expertise in Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar
✓ Expertise in network, security technologies and protocols
✓ Support in incident handling and problem solving
✓ Expertise in operation of large networks
✓ Significant technological expertise in networks and/or security are a plus. (CCNA/CCNP/Other)
✓ English environment is mandatory
The job will be performed remotely, but our client is located in Madrid and may occasionally require office presence.
