Job Description Summary

Lead and manage day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations across a commercial facility, ensuring reliability, safety, and compliance of all technical systems. As a Technical Engineering Supervisor / Manager, you’ll oversee a team of technicians and vendors, drive preventive maintenance programs, and uphold Cushman & Wakefield’s standards of operational excellence and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Supervise all technical operations and maintenance activities covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and building controls to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.

  • Lead and mentor a team of in-house technicians and contractors, ensuring work quality, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards.

  • Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs and maintain detailed equipment documentation, inspection schedules, and statutory compliance records.

  • Manage vendor and AMC performance, ensuring service quality, timely renewals, and adherence to agreed scopes and SLAs.

  • Prepare technical reports, budgets, and operational summaries, providing insights to support cost optimization, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in facilities or property engineering, with proven leadership of technical teams and vendors.

  • Strong technical understanding of critical building systems (HVAC, BMS, UPS, FDAS, STP/WTP, energy management, etc.).

  • Skilled in preventive maintenance planning, contract management, and compliance monitoring.

  • Familiar with ISO, EHS, and energy conservation frameworks; safety certification preferred.
