About the Role:
Supervise all technical operations and maintenance activities covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and building controls to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
Lead and mentor a team of in-house technicians and contractors, ensuring work quality, productivity, and compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs and maintain detailed equipment documentation, inspection schedules, and statutory compliance records.
Manage vendor and AMC performance, ensuring service quality, timely renewals, and adherence to agreed scopes and SLAs.
Prepare technical reports, budgets, and operational summaries, providing insights to support cost optimization, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in facilities or property engineering, with proven leadership of technical teams and vendors.
Strong technical understanding of critical building systems (HVAC, BMS, UPS, FDAS, STP/WTP, energy management, etc.).
Skilled in preventive maintenance planning, contract management, and compliance monitoring.
Familiar with ISO, EHS, and energy conservation frameworks; safety certification preferred.
