Your day looks like this:
- Implementation, installation, configuration, and testing of necessary software and hardware to existing and new clients;
- Training clients on purchased/leased software, to enable efficient use of software;
- Responsible for planning and executing various post-deployment projects, such as server reconfiguration and installation, various hardware and geographic software migrations, and similar projects;
- Holds training of existing programs/software and QA sessions;
- Ensuring proper implementation in production environments;
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, including network configuration or setup of our software;
- Holds all other internal training of existing programs/software for new employees;
- Researching and identifying solutions to software and hardware issues.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to conduct longer training sessions with our clients;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Communicative, organised and able to multitask,
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
This is how you stand out:
- Basic knowledge of Linux and IP networks;
- Basic experience/understanding in hardware and servers;
- Experience and/or understanding of VoIP;
- Bachelor degree in IT;
- Certification in Linux, Cisco or similar.
All new employees will be going through an extensive onboarding process, which will provide them with an opportunity to learn about our products in detail and prepare them for working with our customers.
