Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Customer Engagement: Defines and executes customer specific product penetration, positioning, and market share strategies. Develops relationships with key customer technical buying influences and has a deep understanding of leading edge process and metrology technology.
Collaborates with the E-Beam Divisional Marketing and Engineering teams to position and deliver differentiated product value and resolve customer issues.
Works jointly with the BU and Service teams to execute PSA objectives.
Has a strong understanding of the customer sales cycle and process. Jointly develops sales strategies in collaboration with account managers. Knowledge and application of KLA sales processes (Value/People, SPIN, etc).
Able to mentor/coach engineers and can inspire and motivate team members.
Minimum Qualifications
Strong background in wafer process flow, Inspection/Metrology control, and E-Beam technology.
5 years IC/Fab experience with KLA tool knowledge (E-Beam or Metrology experience is preferred; defect/inspection is also considered).
Good Japanese/English interpersonal skills.
B.A./M.S. in an engineering/science-based field.
Good presentation and proficient in project management skill.
Good business acumen with understanding of customer technical issue with customer-focus.
Able to work under stress, full of energy to own the team and able to confront multi-level challenges.
Excellence in leadership and execution.
Deal with things proactively with accountability and insightfulness.
