Skills Required
- Strong background in semiconductor process technology
- Experienced knowledge of semiconductor lithography process and photomask (reticle) fabrication process
- Master's degree in Engineering or Science
- 4-5 years' experience in mask pattern inspection field, manufacturing, or equivalent in process/applications engineering
- Good presentation skills
- Proficient in project management
- Ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineers
- Knowledge and application of KLA sales processes (Value/People, SPIN)
- Ability to work under stress, take ownership, and handle multi-level challenges
