We are looking for a technically strong and business-oriented Technical Enablement Specialist with experience in Graph Database technologies, Data Engineering, and technical product enablement.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of graph database concepts, data modeling, query development, database architecture, and technical troubleshooting. Experience with platforms such as Neo4j, TigerGraph, AWS Neptune, or other graph database technologies is highly preferred.
In this role, you will develop deep expertise in the TigerGraph platform—understanding its architecture, functionalities, product capabilities, and new feature releases—and translate this knowledge into effective technical and business-oriented training programs. You will work closely with Sales, Presales, Product, Engineering, Delivery, Developers, and Clients to enable stakeholders to understand, position, implement, and leverage TigerGraph solutions effectively.
We seek someone who seamlessly combines hands-on technical expertise with strong communication, presentation skills, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
Graph Database & Technical Expertise
Graph & Data Engineering: Demonstrate a strong understanding of graph database concepts, architecture, data modeling, graph traversal, and graph analytics using technologies like Neo4j, TigerGraph, or AWS Neptune.
Query & Performance Optimization: Utilize query languages (e.g., GSQL, Cypher, Gremlin) while demonstrating a strong grasp of database performance, query optimization, data integration, and distributed systems.
TigerGraph Mastery: Develop hands-on expertise in TigerGraph products, architecture, capabilities, and ecosystems. Analyze new product releases and updates to translate them into practical learning modules.
Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis: Independently investigate, troubleshoot, and identify root causes for technical issues, performance bottlenecks, query failures, and configuration challenges in graph implementations.
Product & Engineering Collaboration: Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand technical defects, enhancements, and product behaviors.
Documentation & Knowledge Base: Create technical FAQs, troubleshooting guides, knowledge repositories, and best-practice documentation.
Program Design & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver structured technical training programs, workshops, product demonstrations, and hands-on technical bootcamps on TigerGraph products and graph technologies.
Multi-Stakeholder Enablement: Tailor enablement programs for diverse internal and external groups:
Sales & Presales: Product capabilities, business value, competitive positioning, use cases, and solution demos.
Product Teams: Product architecture, new features, functionality, enhancements, and technical dependencies.
Developers & Engineering: Graph modeling, query development, implementation, debugging, integrations, and best practices.
Clients & External Stakeholders: Product onboarding, solution understanding, technical adoption, and implementation guidance.
Content & Assessment Creation: Develop engaging training presentations, technical documentation, practical assignments, hands-on lab environments, assessments, and product demo materials.
Gap Analysis: Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and identify capability gaps across teams to refine enablement strategies.
