Key Responsibilities
Capability Insight & Alignment
Partner with engineering and technology leaders to identify and prioritize key skill needs aligned to platform strategy and business goals
Contribute perspective on role-based capabilities informed by input from technical SMEs and evolving organizational needs
Maintain a working understanding of trends in cloud, DevOps, and AI to inform ongoing capability discussions
Help align leadership on what skills matter most as the organization continues to evolve
Content Input & Practical Relevance
Provide informed input on learning content to ensure it reflects real-world application and practical use
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and SMEs to incorporate relevant examples, use cases, and workflows
Identify gaps in existing content and partner with the Associate Development team to address them
Ensure learning materials are grounded in how teams actually build, deploy, and operate solutions
This role informs and validates content relevance; the Associate Development team designs and builds.
Learning Design Partnership
Partner closely with the Associate Development team to contribute perspective on learning pathways and curricula
Provide input on whether proposed learning experiences align with how capability is built in practice
Offer constructive feedback to improve clarity, relevance, and applicability of learning solutions
Advocate for learning priorities tied directly to business outcomes and engineering needs
Business Integration & Adoption
Act as a connector between engineering teams and the Associate Development team to ensure alignment on priorities
Promote adoption of learning solutions by reinforcing relevance to day-to-day work
Gather feedback from teams to continuously improve learning effectiveness
Contribute to defining meaningful indicators of capability growth and skill progression
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong partnerships with engineering, cloud, security, and technology leaders
Communicate technical learning needs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable, business-aligned learning priorities
Ensure the engineering organization has a clear and consistent voice in capability discussions
