Primary Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain program training plans, course materials, user guides, SOPs, Process Desk Guides and Tip Sheets.
· Assess user training needs and coordinate training with system changes/releases.
· Conduct Government-approved training, primarily virtually unless otherwise directed.
· Maintain documentation so CSP processes are repeatable, auditable and understandable to Government and contractor personnel.
Required Skills
· 3–6+ years in technical writing, training, instructional development or business/process documentation.
· Bachelor's degree required in communications, instructional design, business, IT or related field.
· Technical writing.
· Training-plan development.
· Training-material development.
· Instructor-led and virtual training.
· User guides and job aids.
· Standard Operating Procedures.
· Process Desk Guides and Tip Sheets.
· Business-process/workflow documentation.

Location & Work Requirements
- Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.
- U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
- This position is contingent upon contract award.

Salary Range $95,000-$105,000
