- Own and manage Documentation delivery workflows, ensuring tasks, releases, and dependencies are tracked and delivered on time.
- Coordinate and publish release notes for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee External technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, and developer guides.
- Automate documentation processes, transforming code annotations and technical details into clear, structured guides.
- Drive process automation using AI tools to improve efficiency in delivery and documentation workflows.
- Lead the documentation effort and work closely with product managers, engineers, solution architects, professional services and product marketing managers to align priorities and deliverables.
- Ensure documentation meets brand, style, and usability standards for internal and external audiences.
- Proven experience in technical writing, release management, or documentation management.
- Excellent project management and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience with API documentation tools and technical writing best practices
- Proven technical skills and understanding of data models and tools, such as JSON, Swagger, Postman, etc.
- Strong understanding of Jira and agile delivery workflows.
- Background in automation and AI tools for documentation and processes - big advantage.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — essential for documentation, communication, and collaboration. English mother tongue – big advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
