Currently, we are inviting an ambitious TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION ENGINEER to join our growing Technical Support team in Vilnius, Lithuania to help us grow our global presence in the electric vehicle (EV) sector.
Teltonika’s EV charging business unit develops smart and customisable electric vehicle charging solutions, enabling more efficient and sustainable driving. As charging needs evolve, Teltonika will continue providing the infrastructure and expertise needed for successful electric mobility adoption.

In this role you will:
- Introduce new products to target markets from a legal/documentation perspective
- Track technical requirements for smart home energy appliances and home automation products worldwide
- Incorporate legal requirements for EV, home automation, and smart home energy products into technical specifications
- Maintain constant communication regarding upcoming novelties, register requirements/standards, and monitor webinars with external partners – laboratories or authorities
- Collaborate with R&D, supply, manufacturing, and marketing teams
- Coordinate Technical documentation projects, make manual corrections, maintain files in the internal systems, oversee projects, understand manufacturing processes, and manage project administration
- Solve emerging technical problems and advise customers or company employees on issues related to products
- Organize and conduct trainings for employees and customers about the products and solutions developed in the company
What we expect of you:
- Higher or equivalent technical / engineering education (may be a final year student)
- Good English language skills (at least B2 level); knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the basics of modern smart technologies
- Ability to work individually and with a team
- Good communication skills (both oral and written)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- An orientation and basic knowledge in both manufacturing and electronics
- Familiarity with or previous exposure to IEC standards to easily understand mandatory requirements

Salary:
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary range for this position is from 14 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (~2240 Eur—2980 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
