About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Director to lead our engineering team. The Technical Director will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and aligning engineering strategies with business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence across all engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop and implement technical strategies that align with business goals.

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale engineering projects and teams.

- Strong technical background in software development and system architecture.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to think strategically and drive organizational change.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Proven track record of fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
