Are you passionate about digital analytics and innovative solutions? We're looking for a talented Technical Digital Product Analyst to join our dynamic Digital Guest Experiences product team at Amadeus.

 

About the Role:

As a Technical Digital Product Analyst, you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing tracking requirements while analyzing extensive data sets. Work closely with our UI development teams to ensure the integrity of our data collection processes and establish a reliable tracking system that optimizes guest-facing digital hospitality solutions. Your role will be crucial in driving product development and strategic initiatives through insightful, data-driven analysis.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Define Tracking Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document tracking needs.

  • Develop detailed tracking specifications to ensure accurate data collection.

  • Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) across platforms.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA of tracking implementations to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Audit data to verify correctness and compliance.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with UI development teams to resolve tracking issues. Attend sprint meetings to align analytics with product development. Support high-value client tracking escalations.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data to derive actionable insights. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field; certifications in data analytics or product management are a plus.

  • 5+ years in technical analytics with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

  • Skilled in defining and implementing tracking requirements, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.

  • Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and best practices.

  • Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving technical data tracking issues.

  • Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements for scalable tracking solutions.

  • Familiarity with the hospitality sector and its trends is a plus.

  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles and practices will be a plus.

 

Proficient in written and spoken English
Spanish or French will be a plus.
