We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product & Customer Engagement team at Mercer Super. This role will be based in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Technical Digital Producer
As a Technical Digital Producer, you will help deliver and maintain member and public-facing digital content platforms, including the Mercer Super website, Member Portal and Adviser Portal in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You will work across digital production, technical coordination and stakeholder engagement to support scalable, maintainable solutions that align with platform capability, governance, accessibility and performance.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract
We will count on you to:
- Translate business requirements into practical implementation guidance for developers and platform owners
- Assess technical solutions and recommend approaches that maximise AEM functionality, reuse and maintainability
- Build, update and maintain pages, components and content in AEM in line with digital best practices and governance requirements
- Support front-end troubleshooting, quality assurance and defect resolution before release to production
- Collaborate with marketing, product, technology and vendor teams to deliver digital initiatives and resolve issues
- Help identify opportunities to extend digital capability through AEM forms, workflows, component frameworks and Adobe and martech integrations

- Demonstrated experience in digital production, web content management or related digital delivery roles
- Experience working with content management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Proven ability to work across marketing, product and technology teams to deliver digital projects
- Sound understanding of front-end technologies and the ability to assess scalable, maintainable digital solutions
