Job Description:
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving the learning and development strategy, ensuring effective programs aligned with business objectives and focused on the employee experience.
🧩 Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive training strategies (target audience, objectives, and learning experience).
- Apply learning methodologies and Instructional Design models (ID) in technical and development programs.
- Administer and optimize the Learning Experience Platform (LXP) as the central learning system.
- Plan and monitor the execution of training plans at a national level.
- Manage and control the training department budget.
- Lead bidding processes and negotiate with providers of training programs, platforms, and educational institutions.
- Standardize training processes according to corporate guidelines.
- Analyze key metrics to drive innovation, continuous improvement, and value creation.
- Provide internal customer service by advising leaders and teams on development-related topics.
- Apply systems thinking to align people, processes, technology, and business strategy.
🎓 Education
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
🧠 Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Training and Organizational Development.
- Experience managing LMS and/or LXP platforms.
- Experience in budget management and vendor relationship management.
