Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical learning solutions that address identified skill gaps and support NAB’s capability development.

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and optimisation of learning management systems and related platforms to ensure effective content delivery and learner experience.

  • Lead end-to-end program management for training initiatives, including needs analysis, design, development, delivery coordination, and evaluation.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Technical Development Advisory and senior stakeholders to align learning initiatives with strategic priorities and transformation objectives.

  • Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards across all learning content and delivery.

  • Develop and report on key performance metrics, learning analytics, and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent learning experiences across multiple locations.

Essential Capabilities

  • Strategic Learning Design: Advising learning framework & strategies  and curricula aligned with organisational technology strategy and capability frameworks.

  • Program Management: Overseeing end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

  • Systems Management: Administering and optimising learning management systems (LMS), learning platforms, and associated educational technologies to ensure seamless delivery and tracking.

  • Content Development: Proposing high-quality learning framework across multiple formats (e-learning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning) that cater to diverse learning styles.

  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with external training providers, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated learning framework solutions.

  • Assessment & Analytics: Implementing robust evaluation frameworks and leveraging learning analytics to measure program effectiveness, learner outcomes, and ROI.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring all learning framework  and programs comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Other Capabilities (Key Skills)

  • Proficiency in advising adult learning framework principles.

  • Strong program and project management capabilities.

  • Proficiency in advising learning technologies, authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and LMS platforms.

  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities using tools such as Power BI.

  • Ability to advise  complex technical concepts into accessible learning framework Understanding of modern engineering practices (Agile, DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD).

Experience

  • Extensive background in designing and implementing learning framework strategies

  • Familiarity with current trends and technologies in technical learning and development.

  • Deep understanding of varied delivery methodologies

  • Proven experience in learning content design and development within a technology or corporate environment (5+ years).

  • Demonstrated track record in program management and delivery of large-scale learning initiatives.

  • Experience administering and optimising learning management systems and educational technology platforms.

  • Background in working with technical subject matter experts and translating technical content into effective learning experiences.

  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and enterprise IT environments.

  • Understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements.
