Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will drive market awareness and create qualified leads for ABB’s Electrification, working in close collaboration with the Sales team and Product Marketing. This role focuses on generating demand through targeted campaigns, customer engagement activities, and strategic partnerships to support sales growth in key segment.

The work model for the role is: onsite, LI#onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power and Smart Building in Thailand.
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to increase pipeline for Electrification products and solutions.

  • Work closely with Project Sales team to align campaigns with project timelines and customer requirements.

  • Identify and prioritize target segments and key accounts for lead generation activities.

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, webinars, and events to attract potential customers.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to amplify reach and generate qualified leads.

  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and reporting in CRM systems.

  • Ensure compliance with ABB branding and communication guidelines.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in M&E Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project sales or marketing in any industries (preferable within electrical industry)

  • Engineering sales background is a strong plus.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and close deals.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communication level in English.
