Job Description:
TITLE: Technical Data Regional Support Analyst
EMPLOYER: Airbus Americas, Inc.
LOCATION: Herndon, VA
DUTIES: Promoting to the USA, Canada, Latin America regions Customers the Airbus initiatives to enhance
the access, usage and support of Technical Data deliverables. Providing to Customers first line
support on Maintenance and Engineering Technical Data to obtain and maintain a high level of
customer satisfaction, including familiarization/ training to ensure efficient use of the Technical
Data by Customers. Acquiring customers feedback on Airbus Technical Data products, support and
services to identify issues and/or subjects for continuous improvements. Bringing Tech Data
awareness and value to the Customers in Latin America.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 3 years in
any job title involving experience with Technical Data in the aviation industry. Prior experience
must also include 2 years of experience in Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) process within
aviation industry; Working in aircraft maintenance operations, airline and Maintenance Repair and
Overhaul (MRO) organizations; Working with customer (airline) demands and managing
expectations; and Supporting Technical Data queries from internal stakeholders and external airline
customers. Up to 40% domestic and international travel required for business meetings, training
and conferences. Up to 40% telework permitted.
