Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, with a focus on extracting insights from large datasets using SQL. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:

Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.

Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support business intelligence needs.

Create and automate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.

Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and identify trends.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.

Continuously monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving issues as needed.

Maintain existing reports, dashboards and procedures and become a knowledge expert

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.

3+ years of experience in a data analytics role.

Proficiency in SQL with a proven ability to write complex queries.

Proficiency with Python scripting and .csv manipulation

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry a plus
