We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) with a proven track record in cybersecurity and enterprise customer engagement. This role is pivotal in driving customer success, maximizing Hyver adoption, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact cybersecurity services.
Responsibilities
- Customer Success & Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them understand and reduce cyber risk using the Hyver CRQ platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, security teams, and business stakeholders. Act as the primary technical point of contact, managing escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Hyver Platform Enablement: Lead onboarding, training, and continuous enablement to ensure deep adoption of Hyver’s cyber risk quantification and exposure management capabilities. Translate complex cybersecurity data into actionable insights aligned with business priorities.
- Professional Services Oversight: Coordinate and oversee delivery of red team, blue team, threat intelligence, and other professional services. Align service engagements with customer goals and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Retention, Growth & Expansion: Drive customer retention through proactive engagement and value realization. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or technical customer success roles, preferably in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs or platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders.
- Project management experience and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English (native level preferred); Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
