- Provide technical service support on schedule and at the highest levels of quality.
- Plan and manage assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope of supply.
- Manage and co-ordinate with contractors and vendors.
- Support all local installations and train customer personnel in the proper use, maintenance and repair of equipment.
- Contact customers to schedule visits and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contact customers after servicing or installation assignments to follow up on work performed and build relationship with the customers.
- Conduct regular application and product technical training to ensure that customers are maintaining their equipment and optimizing its use.
- Complete service call reports and installation reports. Maintain records and documentation of each job.
- Provide regular feedback to sales and service team, highlighting unusual issues during regular/system integrator installation to report and develop action plan.
- Provide feedback to management market information gathered in the field, including any related activities by competition and of changes or improvements in Nordson products that may be desirable.
- Develop customer database, including types of equipment, parameter settings, type of guns, pumps, line speed, system integrator, material supplier etc used in all customer plants
- Maintain laboratory/test equipment in good working condition and work/service area as a conducive and safe environment.
- Submit weekly reports and other reports in a timely manner as required the supervisor.
- Be aware of inventory levels and advise customer service representative on critical parts to be kept in stock in Singapore office and available to fully support customer operation.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Technology
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Good command of both spoken and written Thai and English
- Must have strong aptitude for technical of industrial equipment
- Good/expert in electrical & electronics preferred
- Experience in the Industrial Coatings industry preferred
- Willing to travel and possess own car
