We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Content Writer with a strong focus on cybersecurity to join our team. As a Technical Content Writer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of the marketing team for Kratikal, involving the creation of Blogs, posts, articles, and newsletters to attract the audience on the company’s website.
Responsibilities:
Content Evaluation: Review and assess existing content to maintain accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness in the ever-evolving field of cybersecurity.
SaaS-Based Content Creation: Proven experience in creating technical content for B2B SaaS-based tools or products, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and value-driven content for diverse audiences for cybersecurity.
Content Review & Strategic Development: Provide feedback to enhance content quality and develop tailored strategies to ensure training materials align with industry standards and diverse user needs.
Content Development: Develop engaging, SEO-optimized content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product brochures, and marketing emails. Create user guides and technical documents to simplify product understanding and enhance customer experience.
- Research & Industry Analysis: Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and solutions to produce relevant and impactful content. Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and industry alignment.
- SEO & Digital Marketing Alignment: Implement keyword optimization and SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search rankings. Track content performance, develop multimedia assets, and optimize strategy for better engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align content with marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and lead generation efforts to maximize impact. Develop sales enablement materials, webinar scripts, and event content to support sales and industry engagement.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working on IT services and tools, with Cybersecurity knowledge an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of IT concepts and best practices.
Proven experience in analyzing competitor strategies and offerings.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
