Technical Content Specialist

As a Technical Content Specialist, you will support the Product and Engineering organization and executives by producing clear, high-impact content that communicates product innovations, business strategy, and customer success. In this role, you will develop presentation materials for executives, produce customer testimonial videos, and create visual and written assets that demonstrate product value and outcomes. You will work across teams to translate technical information into effective communications that engage technical practitioners, executives, and business stakeholders.

• Produce customer testimonial videos, product highlight reels, and related multimedia assets.
• Design presentation slides for executive talks, customer briefings, and industry events.
• Write case studies, blog posts that demonstrate product impact and customer success.
  Translate technical product information into clear, concise narratives for external and internal use.
• Prepare press materials and coordinate with external agencies to support PR initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment.

• Experience producing content in multiple formats (presentations, video, written assets).
  Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise way.
• Proficiency with visual design tools (PowerPoint/Keynote required; Adobe Creative Suite or similar a plus).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent).
  Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Direct involvement in how products are communicated to customers, partners, and external stakeholders.

• We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is between $79,840.00 - $99,800.00 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
