You’ll focus primarily on creating product screencasts and video tutorials that explain how Coupler.io works, and you’ll manage the video production process from script to final delivery. Beyond video, you’ll also contribute to written content like blog articles, landing pages, and tech guides

What are we looking for?Professional background- 2+ years creating content for B2B SaaS with demonstrable results (landing pages that converted, campaigns that resonated, narratives that stuck)
- Fluent English (written and spoken), for content creation and collaboration
- Strong ability to work independently, take ownership, and see tasks through to completion
- Portfolio required. Show us examples of your landing pages, blog articles, case studies, product marketing content, and video tutorials.
- Writing excellence. Perfect grammar, consistent tone, ability to adapt your voice to match brand personality – you know the drill.
- Advanced understanding of composition and storytelling. You know how to structure information so it’s easy to follow and makes sense step by step
- Technical writing mindset. You can explore complex technical products, understand how they work, and explain that clearly in writing.
- Research depth. You enjoy digging into unfamiliar topics (data warehouses, marketing attribution, business intelligence) and extracting what matters to your audience
- Precision and detail. You catch inconsistencies, ask the right questions, verify claims, and maintain quality across all deliverables
- Analytical clarity. You break down complex topics into logical parts and structure them in a way that’s easy to follow and trust.
- Excellent communication skills. You’re confident collaborating with different experts — including engineers, marketers, product managers, freelance video editors, and designers.
- Clear feedback and quality control. You know how to review work, give actionable feedback, request revisions, and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills. You can manage multiple tasks and keep the content workflow running smoothly.
- End-to-end ownership. You’re comfortable owning the full video production process, from scripting and recording to final delivery
- Experience writing scripts and storyboards for video tutorials
- Hands-on familiarity with data analytics tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI): you've used them, not just written about them
- Comfort working in Figma or similar design tools to input and refine content directly
- Writing UX copy or microcopy for marketing materials
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and using data insights to optimize copy performance
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Record high-quality screencasts that show how Coupler.io works through real features, flows, and use cases.
- Set up imports, automations, and scenarios independently to demonstrate real-life workflows on screen.
- Write detailed scripts and storyboards that define the narrative, structure, and every on-screen step.
- Manage the video production backlog from initial idea to final delivery, keeping work organized and moving.
- Work closely with marketers and product managers to align on video goals, scope, and requirements.
- Prepare clear production packages for editors, motion designers, and voiceover artists so everyone knows what to do.
- Check freelancer deliverables, give actionable feedback, request revisions, and ensure quality at every stage.
- Make sure every video is correct, well-structured, and aligned with Coupler.io’s brand and product reality.
- Write blog articles, landing pages, and other writing materials that help people understand the product.
- Translate Coupler.io’s product capabilities into clear, practical explanations across different content formats.
