About the Role:
We are looking for a tech-savvy Technical Content Specialist to join our global Product Knowledge team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Help Center operations. You will start by taking ownership of writing and updating the documentation for our various products, continue with content migration and formatting projects, and proactively look for ways to streamline and automate our workflows.
If you are a problem-solver who isn't afraid to dive into HTML/CSS, love researching, using, and getting updated on AI automation processes to work smarter, and take pride in turning messy content into structured, helpful documentation, this is the role for you.
What You Will Do:
- Content Migration & Maintenance: Execute large-scale content migrations, ensuring formatting, links, and structure remain perfectly intact across platforms.
- Technical Formatting: Troubleshoot and resolve Help Center UI/UX issues using your HTML and CSS expertise.
- AI & Automation: Leverage Generative AI tools to scale content creation, translate technical specs into user-friendly guides, and automate repetitive DocOps tasks.
- Research & Writing: Dig into new features, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and update existing documentation to keep our knowledge base accurate and up to date.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify bottlenecks in our content lifecycle and suggest creative, technical solutions to improve team efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, video creation, content operations, or knowledge base management in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Code Literacy: Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS. You don't need to build websites, but you shouldn't hesitate to debug a broken div or inline style with today’s technology.
- AI Fluency: Proven experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, format content, or generate scripts.
- Resilience & Attention to Detail: You don't mind doing the heavy lifting and repetitive tasks required during system migrations, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout.
- Self-Starter Mentality: You work fast, know how to manage your own time, and aren't afraid to ask questions or suggest better ways of doing things.
- Excellent English: Native-level written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Personal traits: Adaptable and resourceful. You learn quickly, handle uncertainty well, and can figure things out even with limited information. You communicate clearly and have a positive, can-do, and problem-solving attitude.
Extra advantages:
- Programs and tools: G-suite, Zendesk, Asana, Make, Claude (Code + Cowork), Amplitude, Slack, CMS/LMS, Clueso/Camtasia/Giddie/Adobe Premier, Readme.
- Content world: Marketing, AdTech, GTM, product marketing manager, data measurement, Google Analytics, technical writer.
