Job Description:
As the Technical Content team is still in its early stages (just over a year old), this role offers the opportunity to shape how we support the Product team within Research & Development, contributing directly to how complex ideas are communicated internally and externally.
What will I be doing:
In this role, you’ll be part of a growing, adaptive team where priorities evolve in line with the business. While the day‑to‑day may shift, your core remit will include:
Developing, maintaining, and debugging our suite of Go‑To‑Market product demos used worldwide across the business
Collaborating with Product and R&D to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling demonstrations
Organising and facilitating the production of multimedia enablement materials — including storyboards, scripts, and voiceovers
Partnering with Enablement, Education, and Marketing to deliver cohesive, high‑quality content aligned to shared organisational goals
Contributing to onboarding frameworks and technical learning materials that support R&D and other technical teams
Continuously improving demo architecture and content workflows to ensure they remain scalable, maintainable, and aligned with evolving business priorities

What experience do I need:
We’re looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in a team where priorities can shift rapidly. Ideally you will bring:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in software engineering or a related technical field
Experience with version control tools (e.g., GitHub or GitLab)
A foundational understanding of Javascript and CI/CD pipelines
Interest in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud)
A genuine interest in cybersecurity and AI
