Responsible for providing specialized technical support to the sales team through training sessions, technical presentations, and customer visits, with a strong focus on enhancing product technical knowledge and strengthening the company’s relationship with the market. Works directly in supporting development projects by contributing technical insights, market trends, and strategic analyses that guide decision-making and ensure solutions are aligned with customer needs. Performs activities in both urban and rural biosecurity, with emphasis on pest control, the use of veterinary instruments, and active participation in programs related to public health, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance as well as the effectiveness of the solutions offered.Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct technical and support training for customers and the sales team.
- Deliver technical presentations to distributors, pest control companies, and poultry and swine farms on product lines and usage guidelines.
- Carry out visits to distributors and end customers to monitor product application and usage routines.
- Provide support in customer service (SAC), including handling complaints and intoxication cases.
- Participate in industry events to promote products and generate demand.
- Support the development of new product projects.
- Assist in conducting field evaluations and tests of company products.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials by providing technical information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
