Job description
Are you a strategic problem-solver with a passion for technology? We're looking for a Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team! In this partner-focused role, you'll act as a key advisor, guiding partners through the technical implementation and strategic adoption of our solutions. You'll ensure our partners and clients not only achieve seamless integration and configuration but also realise maximum business value from their investment.
Responsibilities:
  • Advise and guide partners and clients on best practices for data governance, workflows, upgrades, and migration strategies to simplify processes and maximise product value.
  • Provide comprehensive technical and business-focused support to partners, offering upfront planning assistance, detailed architectural guidance, and hands-on demonstrations to ensure their initial projects are successful and build their confidence and capabilities.
  • Deliver technical and business-focused training sessions for partners to ensure a solid project foundation and successful adoption.
  • Develop and maintain a deep functional and technical understanding of Akeneo's solutions to proactively identify risks and assist clients in designing and developing customisations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to provide strategic recommendations and ensure successful outcomes for customers.
  • Create high-quality technical documentation, solution architectures, and integration diagrams that clearly outline implementation strategies and project goals.
  • Contribute to our implementation methodology, continuously improving how we work with clients and partners to drive efficiency and success.

What we look for
  • You speak French and English fluently
  • You have a successful track record in B2B SaaS implementation.
  • You have a strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and integration best practices, as well as some experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript).
  • You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to deliver best-in-class training sessions and workshops.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and solving complex problems for customers and partners.
  • You speak English fluently (fluency in another language would be a plus).
