To support market needs, we have an opportunity for talented people to join our Technical Consulting team based in Chile. This person will provide technical support, implementation support, performance benchmarks, technical consulting and training.What you’ll do:The primary responsibility of this role:- Delivered consistent and high-quality technical support, ensuring client satisfaction through timely issue resolution and proactive communication.
- Helping develop internal solutions and scripts to help during the technical support.
- Conducted comprehensive technical training sessions for clients, empowering them to maximize the value of their solutions and enhance their internal capabilities.
- Developed deep expertise across multiple technical domains, including operating systems, application design, and database systems.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree with 1-4 years of experience in relevant fields.
- Knowledge in Unix Shell scripting, Java, C / C++, SQL/RDBMS, Python.
- Knowledge in XML/XSLT, json, terraform, ansible, perl, regex, javascript, Java JDK/JRE, Git/BitBucket is a plus.
- Good programming skills, problem-solving skills, and a desire to achieve excellence with a client-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English.
