Job Responsibilities

Act as an expert in Adobe Experience Cloud to provide high-level professional support.
-
Provide specialized consultation to clients and partners regarding application development and operations during projects.
-
Serve as a Technical Consultant or Technical Account Manager, mentoring clients and partners while offering consulting services during and post-implementation phases.

Support clients and partners in projects utilizing Adobe Experience Cloud by delivering consulting services for complex architecture designs and project planning.
-
Take initiative in addressing and resolving complex project tasks, such as requirements clarification, performance tuning, and integration with third-party products.
What you'll have
Applicants do not need to fulfill all requirements but should meet at least four or more of the following criteria. Please specify your relevant skills and experiences in your resume or application comments, and we will discuss them further during the interview.
- Experience in web front-end development
- Experience in web server-side development
- Experience in iOS/Android mobile application development
- Experience in building infrastructure architecture using AWS
- Experience in IT consulting, particularly for enterprise-grade solutions (especially SaaS), including requirements definition, design, and implementation
- Experience implementing and using digital marketing solutions
- Project management experience in service/product development, implementation, or operations
- Knowledge of computer science principles
- Experience working in English-based environments
- Customer-facing experience in B2B contexts
