Technical Consultant (Zoom Contact Center)

What you can expect

As a Technical Consultant you will collaborate closely with Zooms largest customers. The Technical Consultant ensures the customers success with Zoom products and services and delivers customer satisfaction and happiness.

About the Team

The global Zoom MSO (Managed Services) team comprises of highly technical Audio & Video engineers, Project Engineers, Technical Consultants and Customer Success Managers. Providing Proactive & Reactive support 24/7.

What we’re looking for

  • Have extensive relevant experience in a customer-facing environment is required.
  • Have extensive experience supporting a contact center solution for a customer facing environment
  • Experience with Zoom Contact Center or similar communication platforms is required.
  • Possess skills in troubleshooting common technical issues with call flows, queues, or skills-based routing
  • Have a solid understanding of IP Telephony and SIP
  • Have completed CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA SIP School background
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Possess ability to effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with various departments.
  • Have an understanding of Managed Services and information technology infrastructure library concepts and practices
