Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
The mission of this team is to implement our dematerialization B2B solution with national and international clients. The team works on a daily basis with clients, implements the solution, leads working groups, tests and develops B2B Integration solutions with our customers. The goal is parameterizing a solution based on our products, corresponding to the analysis that was made by the consultants who worked with the client.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Strengthen the Demat Consultants team to implement our GIS/PDP/APA based B2B solutions. Integration with national and international clients;
• Implementation and evolution of solution according to a configuration book provided by the project team;
• Be the technical referent for the solution implementation;
• Build a reliable and sustainable relationship with our functional project and coaching teams;
• Read, monitor, and perform parameterization work as directed, by consultants and project managers;
• Escalate alerts and difficulties as soon as possible to your team leader;
• In a second step decided by the management, carry out developments under the RTE environments following the methodologies used by Generix;
• Write technical reports and participate in end-of-project feedback;
• Coordinate specific developments for the realization of customer demand;
• Ensure the receipts of developments, unit tests, integration tests, and support to UAT (User Acceptance Tests);
• Participate and attend deployments as required;
• Perform the transfers of skills (training, operating guides, code documentation, final version of the configuration file, etc.) to the internal customer;
• Ensure the transfer of files to other departments and in particular the Support and Hosting Department.
